Possibly broken wire in the steering colunm to the air bag .
Very helpful site. It will tell you exactly how to reset the SRS light. http://www.geocities.com/myintegra96/srs.html
SRS (Supplemental Restraint System) or Air Bags. The light is on because there is a problem with the system. Take it to your dealer. This is not a DIY repair. I had the same problem with my 2004 CRV - the dealer replaced the SRS switch at no charge....seems like it may be one of Honda's "secret warranty" issues, but I'm not complaining, the switch is expensive!
Take it to your local Honda dealer for service. Something is wrong with the air bag system or the SRS light would not be on. They will reset the light after the repair. This is not a DIY repair.
The SRS (Supplemental Restraint System) light is on because the SRS module detected a fault. Until the fault is repaired the light will remain on. Once the repair is correctly done the SRS light will reset itself. As long as the SRS light is on the SRS will not function if you should need it.
how do i read srs light blink on honda accord 2005?
It appears that you have two entirely un-related problems. The SRS light is warning of a possible problem with your Supplemental Restraint System (i.e.: air bags), and would have nothing whatsoever to do with your engine cutting off.
Honda dealer.

By having a professional repair the problem with the SRS (air bags) that has triggered the light. Not a DIY repair.
