clean the inside and the end the hose goes on dirt will not let it get a good clamp on good and tight will work you might be over boosting which could be caused by a stuck unison ring in the turbo. if cleaning does not help talk with a good ford tech.
the computer on the coiles are gone in it bad wires or plugs

It could be several problems... 1. bad seals on turbo 2. clogged turbo oil return to oil pan 3. waste gate issue 4. bad bearings on turbo 5. stuck rings on engine piston 6. bad valve guide seals 7. bad PVC valve

the resistor bank for the fan is blown replace it it is mounted in the air duct after the fan
