turn the wheel so that it is pointing inwards towards the engine
I popped 3 of the black snapping tabs in the wheel well
I then used a flathead screw driver to open up and separate the wheel well from the body of the car
reach in and turn the light assembly counter clock wise
pull the old bulb off and attach the new one and replace back into the light assembly
it a pain because you cannot see what your doing
it took me about 20 minutes
