I am doing 200 pushups a day. and 100 Sit ups a day

At first i did 40, 30, 30 in the morning, and then the same at night. after 2 weeks, im doing
30,30,30,30,30,30 180 really in the morning, gonna try to do another 180 this evening for a total of 360 pushups
I feel better and notice the muscles are stronger. Although I should do dips to hit the lower part of the chest. Maybe ill go to the park and find some monkey bars.

Well my great uncle before he got his lung only working at 50 percent he use to do 200 pushups two claps down then he did 200 jumping jacks then she did 200 sit ups do a quarter of those a day and ull be all good then maybe in two months if u arnt a lazy person do 75 or 100
Well, It would if you do pushups your musscles will be as hard as a rock.
