2 days ago I had a new boiler installed but the pressure keeps dropping. Should my plumber have firstly checked the pressure of the system and secondly is he liable to fix the problem?

Why should a licensed master plumber have to rely on the existing pressure?=A semi skilled skilled plumber would take the height of the highest radiator (Hydronics) above the boiler and times it by .434 OR an easier way would be to fill the system. get a COLD WATER HYDROSTATIC reading then fill the boiler with 4 PSI more to make sure it is a positive pressure and to over come friction losses.==Suppose the tri indicator has a altitude reading of 18 that would equal 7.8 PSI (no flow)==7.8 PSI would elevate the water to a height of 18 FT not really enough so the pressure would have to be increased and then a means to control expansion in a closed system such as an expansion tank.==LWCO, back flow preventors , automatic feeder really basic stuff a helper could do==Pressure loss can be easily found if the plumber" had gone to school that day and is indeed a licensed master not someone claiming to be a "plumber" without the benefit of documentation=
