The four stages of a population growth curve are:

  1. Lag phase - slow growth as individuals adjust to their environment.
  2. Exponential growth phase - rapid population increase due to abundant resources.
  3. Stationary phase - population growth slows as resources become limited.
  4. Decline phase - population decreases due to resource scarcity, predation, or competition.

What occur at each of the four stages of demographic transition?

Stage 1: High birth and death rates, leading to a stable population. Stage 2: High birth rates and decreasing death rates, resulting in rapid population growth. Stage 3: Declining birth and death rates, leading to a slowing population growth. Stage 4: Low birth and death rates, resulting in a stable or declining population.

What are the 4 stages demographic transition?

The four stages of demographic transition are: Stage 1 - high birth rates and high death rates resulting in slow population growth, Stage 2 - high birth rates and declining death rates leading to rapid population growth, Stage 3 - declining birth rates and low death rates causing a slowing population growth, and Stage 4 - low birth rates and low death rates stabilizing the population at a relatively high level.

Stages of hair growth?

Hair growth occurs in three main stages: anagen (active growth phase lasting 2-7 years), catagen (transitional phase lasting 2-3 weeks), and telogen (resting phase lasting 2-4 months). During anagen, the hair follicles are actively producing hair; in catagen, hair growth stops and the follicles shrink; and in telogen, old hairs are shed to make way for new growth.
