80 el camino rear drivers side brake and turn signal do not go on when braking or turn signal switch is engageg. Night time rear lights turn on and the bukbs are not burned out. please help?

make sure the bulb is good take the bulb out of the otherside and install it in the driver side. if it still does not work then chck the ground and power do this with a twelve volt test light, you can purchase one at any hardware store. good luck
