the only thing you can do is track back your wires where they are fried and try to fix them or worst case you might have to replace the wiring harness itself. good luck
you could have some faulty wiring. take your dash board off and see if any wires are frayed or broken
Does anything else work in the lighter socket? You might have blown that fuse. And it is possible that your converter/charger unit is broken.
The switch is broken. You need to replace it.
Under the hood right by the light housing there should be a knob that you can turn manually to open the headlights

check the connections to the headlights and u might need to take your heater core out and get that checked out. or your belt may be bad or broken.

you dont fix the lighter. you fix your smoking problem. get those patches or the gum
I think that you would just have to buy another lighter. I think that you would just have to buy another lighter.
Look for a loose or corroded ground wire. Also, with the headlights turned on, make sure that you have 12 Volts at the bulb socket. If you don't, and the fuse is good, it means that you have a broken wire or a loose or broken connector somewhere.
