90 Chevy truck it was running fine but you got on it coming around the corner and it stalled the relay is clicking but no fuel is coming out of the injectors is there some kind of safety cut?

No safety cut out switch there. When you turn the key to the on position you should hear the fuel pump in the fuel tank run briefy for a couple seconds, if you do not hear the pump, the pump may be bad.
