91 lumina z34 with a 3.4 L engine the radiator fans will not come on and just replaced the engine heat sensor and the fuses are ok but the fans still won't come on even when engine is warm?

Most of these fans should come on every time you turn on the A/C switch; assuming the weather is above freezing. Make sure the A/C switch is on, when you want to test the fans.
