Check the fluid for discoloration or a burnt smell. Driving with low fluid may have burned the drive bands for the higher gears.
The transmission was nice, clear, and perfect in San Diego.

The scale is from 0 to 14. 0 is ACID and 14 is BASE The pH of a perfect neutral solution in water is 7.0 (at 25oC).
yes but it is pH7.5 (if your blood is perfect and you are well too) so it is a very little bit alkali!
Distilled water is a theoretical perfect neutral. This means that no substance is completely and perfectly neutral. It is impossible to be that accurate. Distilled water, however, is H2O stripped of the minerals found in natural drinking water making it as close to a neutral as possible.
ive got a 91 eagle talon also, the transmission is great. works perfect and all. BUT the reverse dosent work at all.. so in other words, all other gears work perfect. EXCEPT reverse. not sure of this problem.
check your transmission fluid level. If it's low, then reverse goes out first. If that doesn't do it, you may need to take it to a transmission shop..
If you are reading a voltage it is the drop across the resistance to ground. To get rid of the voltage get the resistance lower. This can be accomplished by installing more ground rods to the grounding system. Utility companies usually like 3 ohms to ground or less.
Scientific observation is to write down what you see, if you are performing an experiment,or to end up to logical results according to the scientific laws. The scientific observation can not be neutral because it is performed by humans-who are not perfect and always personal opinion interfers.
Urine is naturally slightly acidic, as of its color, yellow. By drinking a nearly completely neutral substance, it begins to make it neutral. Water is not completely a perfect 7, but can be anywhere between 6.8 and 7.3 on the pH scale.
The number of hydroxyl ions and hydrogen ions in pure water is balanced; but a perfect neutral distilled water (pH=7,000) is only hypothetical because water absorb carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and the pH decrease under 7.
In a perfectly balanced three phase wye system, there is no neutral current, and the neutral conductor is only used to hold the reference point during transient states. As a result, the neutral conductor is often smaller than the three hot legs. However, nothing is perfect, and there will be neutral current. Since there are three phases feeding back to neutral, instead of one, the frequency component of the neutral current is 180 hertz, instead of 60 hertz. If the load represents a full wave rectifier, as in a large DC power supply, or a welder, the neutral current will be 360 hertz. That is the third harmonic of 60 hertz. That frequency is high enough to make the impedance of the neutral cable a factor, so the cable must be sized accordingly.
