Yes but first make sure that you have both power and ground going to the blower motor...........
probably the blower motor resistor
my heater doesn't work in my 04 Chevy impala. My coolant levels are correct, and this still does not correct the problem. Could it possibly be the coil in the dash. If not what could problem be?
Under the hood, on the firewall, passenger side, close to the blower motor. If the blower motor resistor is burned out, you should still have the high speed function.
You may have a vacuum leak
Check the Heater blower motor, any vaccuum lines that go into the heater, and fuses under the hood. Sounds like a blower motor though.

Heater Airbound? Heater control cable not working? Heater core plugged?
It could be a blocked heater core if your fan works... Or it could be your thermostat... I have an 03 that is doing the same thing. I just replaced the thermostat and it is still doing it. There is a site called BlazerForum.com you may get some better answers there
need to replace the blower motor relay located bhind the fan under the dash
Your heater coil is bad.
Heater core changed three years ago,I changed Thermostat Heater still blows cool air.
You could check the hoses connected to the heater are still in good shape. You can also check the fuses associated with the heater (ie: blower motor) to make sure thay aren't blown. There's the possiblity that the heater element may have broken down, which can happen given the age of the car.
