did you try replaceing the thermostat or radiator or even check the hoses
I keep putting water in my vaxhall astra as it overheats, if it is the head gasket how much will it cost to be repaired.
My guess is the head gasket, have same problem. Nightmare
had the same problem with a sibring, took to the garage, they replaced the thermostat and gasket and found a hairline crack in the thermostat housing they replaced the housing and everything was fine then
Most likely a blown head gasket. Check for foam in your oil, if yes, then for sure, it's a blown head gasket. Oill will look white and foamy in most cases
High pressure tells me of a possible head gasket problem. Have the cooling system pressure tested by a reputable garage; this will answer some questions.
it is probably your water pump
Coolant level may be low, there may be a leak in the water pump or the radiator, or a blown head gasket. I would take it to Advanced Auto and have them check the OBD System to figure out the problem before spending money for repairs.
Bad thermostat, loose water pump impeller. Does it have a electric fan? Bad head gasket?
start with water pump. If its a V6 3.1L have the intake manifold gasket checked. You may have a coolant leak.
it could be the water pump or a blown head gasket
did you check the radiator or the head gasket?
Most likely is that a gasket or seal has blown, or a crack in the engine block is letting water in from the cooling system.
