timing belt, if you notice the engine turning a little too fast when cranking, it means there is no resistance at the valves, which is caused by the timing belt not connected to the crankshaft
possibly the crank angle or cam sensors Or injectors
crank sensor
In a sense, motors do have cranks installed. It is the starter that acts as a crank to turn the engine in order to create a spark and start it. Any device, whether manual or electrical, used to rotate the motor in order for it to start, is called a crank.
well there is a crank shaft which the piston connects to and is the thing that spins out the engine, there is also cranks on old cars to start them on the front
The problem is in spark, or fuel. Rarely the Crank angle sensor. ECU could be going bad too.
i would start with control mod and from there maybe a crank senser
For some reason it is not getting EITHER fuel OR spark , so it cranks but doesn't start
The most common would be engine cranks but does not start.
it could possibly be a bad coil, crank shaft sensor, or cam shaft sensor.
I would say a badcam or crank sensor. if not scan system for codes
u
No you do not.
