It could be a problem with the ECM Computer. Or it could be an intermittent problem with the fuel pump in the fuel tank.
Remove both battery cables and be sure there isn't any corrosion and then reinstall them and be sure they are tight. If that does not fix the problem then check the power distribution box and be sure it hasn't shorted.
Could be a faulty ground wire. Not very rare to happen
You, my friend, need a new blower motor. My beretta did the same thing. Eventually even the high won't work. A replacement will run about 35 bucks at your local salvage yard.
Intake manifold gasket
depends of course on the nature of the problem(undescribed) but one malfunction could be the sending unit in the fuel tank.
There could be an internal problem with the transmission. Check the transmission fluid for a burnt smell or odd color, indicating transmission damage.
If your 1999 Acura TL starts well but develops a problem when you accelerate, the problem could be with its transmission.
Try Putting It Into Gear!!!!!
possibly a problem with the torque converter locking up, or could be something as simple as a vacuum leak
vacuum leak?
