It will not pass the smog test because the ecu saves so called freeze frame, the dealer who is going to pass it will ask you to drive longer until the freeze frame disappears. These codes usually show up when your car has problems with EGR system. Check vacuum hoses for cracks around EGR valve and VSV. If it did not help try to run tests for EGR valve and vacuum switching valve.
