The generic OBDII descriptions are EGR Flow insufficient and EGR Flow Excessive.
Either you have a bad temp sensor or your thermostat is staying wide open and letting the engine run to cool.
you need to have some type of code reader they are about $100.00 from your local parts store and you can post it here and it will be answered
