You need to check it for any codes. The computer will be able to tell you what's wrong. Anything else is just guessing.

It can if its dirty enough. Spend ten bucks and replace it to see if your stalling goes away. Replaced mine today and its purrin.
Air in the fuel line?? There is a filter in your tank that may need to be replaced.
Start with replacing the fuel filter, it may be plugged up. If the stalling persists, have the fuel pump psi tested.
I replaced all 3 sensors and the problem still exists. Do I need to have the ECM reprogrammed at the dealership? Are there any other suggestions?

Please describe the "stalling" in full detail. Example: "It dies when I come to a stop after a long drive". etc. my car lights get very damm,and it wont start ather i have stop.
You might own a Daimler-Chrysler product. Consider cleaning (the inside of) the throttle body.
Idle air control? Fuel pump? Coil?
There are a couple of reasons a 1991 Chevrolet Caprice may stall out. The car may need a new distributor cap or the plugs may need changed. A mechanic will be able to determine the causes of the stalling car.
As strange as it may sound, If your battery is old and getting weak, it can cause that stalling problem with the Dakotas. Your IAC may also need to be cleaned/replaced. Good luck ........
