When the instrument panel icon for the anti-lock braking system turns on is usually an indication that something is wrong within the braking system, which is serious enough to require that a qualified brake technician troubleshoots the system.
The turn signals have nothing to do with the anti-lock braking system!!!!!
Get your vehicle to a qualified [preferably Certified] brake technician before continued use can severely damage components of the system.
Even worse is the possibility that the fault in the system could result in a serious, possibly fatal collision.
You have a problem with your ground. A weak ground will always cause this type problem.
The right side will have a burnt out/ missing light bulb.
Bad bulb socket? Broken Wire to socket?
Could be a problem in the steering column Could be a shorted bulb (both filaments touching) searching for ground
Problem may be in the steering column turn signal not cancelling completely - try "jiggling" stalk and have assistant watch brake light
More than likely you have a burnt out bulb at the front signal light, rear signal light, or brake light on the right side.
Perhaps a bad turn signal flasher or problem inside the sterring column
Bulb could be out, blown fuse....
It means that a light bulb is out on the side where the light solid (not blinking) it could be in the front or rear of the vehicle.
It has been my experience that a rapid turn signal indicates there is a burnt-out signal light bulb (either front or rear) on the side of the rapid blinking signal. If the right signal is blinking rapidly, the problem is in the signal lights for the right side (front or rear) of the vehicle. Turn the rapid signal on and step out of the vehicle to find which bulb is not lighting.
if abs light is on, there is a problem in your brake system if the problem has already been repaired, disconnect battery for 5 minutes to cancel signal in computer. if problem has not been repaired, get it fixed otherwise signal and light will just keep coming back, not to mention your brakes will fail right when you need em most
If there is a light labeled right turn signal and it is red, you can not legally turn.
