Sure. Its a drop in blood pressure from blood loss, which would account for the dizziness. Feeling sick to your stomach for hours later is probably more related to the emotional/psychological response you are having from being cut, seeing your blood, pain etc. Have a warm cuppa tea with some sugar in it

I have the same problem, but i have cured half the symptoms by: cutting back on dairy (especially in the mornings), take some vitamins, add cinnamon to your diet (makes a huge difference!), and if you feel nausious or dizzy after eating or whenever, try laying down and clutching your stomach.
