FAKE.
It's a magician's coin made by cutting apart 2 genuine cents, swapping the sides, and fitting them together. They sell for a few bucks in novelty shops but are worthless to collectors.
Feathers, that are on the EAGLE that is on the reverse of all US silver dollars
If it has one it's just above the eagles tail on the reverse.
If the coin has a mintmark it will be on the reverse just below the right side of the eagles tail.
If you mean a mintmark? and it has one, it's on the reverse just above the tip of the eagles tail
On the reverse side near the eagle's tail. Philadelphia issues do not have a mint mark, only Denver.
Lincoln memorial Bldg.
Currently it is the Union Shield, in 2009 it was scenes from Abraham Lincoln's life, before that it was the Lincoln Memorial in Washington DC.
A 1999 penny with an 'off-center' error is worth $3.50.
The tail side (the technical term is "reverse") of the current US penny is the "Union Shield", a shield that has vertical stripes and "E Pluribus Unum" written across the top of it, partially obscured by scrollwork saying "One Cent". Up until 2009, the most recent design of th e US penny had the Lincoln Memorial on the reverse (this is the same building depicted on the back of the five dollar bill). In 2009, four "commemorative" designs were issued for the bicentennial of Lincoln's birth. Prior to the Lincoln Memorial reverse, the penny featured two stalks of wheat. The nickel's reverse is a depiction of Monticello, Jefferson's home. In 2004 and 2005 five commemorative reverses (for the approximate bicentennial of the Lewis and Clark expedition) were issued.
The head of a penny is obviously the queens head, and the tail is that thing on the other side of the penny.
Go into the trunk on both sides. Several small bolts are mounted on the firewall. Removing the bolts will loosen the tail lens glass.

There is no "MP" mintmark on any Australian Penny. A 1941 Australian Penny minted in Perth will have a "." after the "Y" in PENNY (Y.), or a "." between the KG (K.G) on the reverse. A 1941 Australian Penny minted in Melbourne will have no mint mark at all. The letters HP on the obverse below King Georges head are the initials of the designer, Thomas Humphrey Paget. The letters KG on the reverse above the kangaroos tail are the initials of the designer, George Kruger Gray.
