Fungal cell walls are made of chitin the same substance that insect and crustacean exoskeleton are made of. Chitin is a polysaccharide a long chain of sugar molecules.
The kingdom fungi has organisms with cell walls made of chitin (the substance that makes up insect exoskeletons).
The substance that of eubacterial cell walls is a polymeric substance formed from a polysaccharide backbone tied together by short polypeptides; this primary structuraal molecule of the bacterial cell walls is known as peptidoglycan. Peoptidoglycan varies in chemical structure among different bacterial species.

No I have to repanit my walls cause its so bad
Walls are traditionally made of stone and roofs are made of sticks and grass sewn into the sticks
Hold the valves to inner walls of ventricles
If your asking about sticks (from branches) one way is to build it like a fort, you can use string & glue and tie them together to make walls and the roof. You can also attach them with brads using cross-braces. Good-Luck!
The walls are made from sticks and the roof is made from mud.
Lollipop sticks. You could sharpen the ends to be spiky, and the glue them together in the shape of a portcullis. Then paint them to look like iron and draw big rivets on where they cross. Then build the front of the castle out of cardboard and paint it grey to look like stone. Then you should thread string through the top of two of the sticks. Hook the string around a cotton reel pulley system, so when you pull the string, the portcullis would raise. You should have two portcullises within your castle so that you can enclose your enemies in the barbican and shoot with them with arrows from the castle walls.

Use Straw for the roof and cocktail sticks for the walls
