When loosing a lot of weight it got a but disrupted, that is all. Just eat so you gain the weight again and live healthy and it will come back. It's common for it to go away when you shock the body like that by gaining or loosing weight quickly.

You miss your period for 3 months and no weight gain are you pregnant?

Weight gain is irrelevant during the first trimester. If you had intercourse and missed a period pregnancy is possible.

It has been seven months I havent gotten my period?

You may have lost a lot of weight

You have lost a lot of weight and you have not had a period for going on 8 months and you are not pregnant?

you need to immediately see your doctor or ob/gyn. if you have missed your period for 8mos and are not pregnant that is a huge problem. and now since you are losing weight, that could be a sign of something wrong with your ovaries, uterus, or cervix. ____________________________________________________________________ When I was 16 I lost 10 kilos in about 2 months while an exchange student in Japan. I kept the weight off for years, but I only had my period about 3 times in 18 months. Now I find that once I lose weight below a certain point, my period stops or is very light. No doctor could help me on this, even though I sought help from 5 different doctors! They just related my period loss back to three things - weight loss, travel and stress (as I had major exams on at the time).

Is it possible that you gained weight when you haven't had your period for over six months?

Honestly I would go to the doc and get a blood pregnancy test, if it's neg. then I would talk to the doc about why your not getting a period for 6 months. PCOS can cause weight gain and an absent period and infertility. I would at least think about looking into it.

My friend hasn't had her period in 5 months?

This is not good, if she is not pregnant. Missing every now and then or a month here and there is not too bad, especially within the first years of getting your period. If she hasn't had her period in 5+ months, that could be a sign that something mroe serious is going it. It could be something as simple as her weight being too low to support hormones and menstruation. It could be a sign / symptom of a more serious problem, so she should talk with her doctor about it.

What can be the cause of not having my period for one month?

You could be pregnant. Get a pregnancy test ASAP. but assuming you haven't had sex for 1-2 months, then perhaps you are stressed out, gained weight, or lost weight. Those things can cause you to miss a period.

Does bleeding decrease your weight?

By a miniscule amount, for a short period - taking something out means losing weight straight away. However, after that, any weight lossdependent on the blood loss will be entirely unhealthy.

Is there a way to avoid the 3 months waiting period for lap band surgery from bcbc in TX?

AnswerIts not really a waiting period. We just need three or six months medically supervised documentation that you've been trying to lose weight and failed. The timespan of docs that we need varies and would be lower for a higher BMI. I think three months is the shortest. If you don't have documentation of medically supervised weight loss then yes this requirement effectively acts like a waiting period. Other than gaining weight to get in a higher BMI category there isn't really a way around that requirement.
