Either he signs the title or park it in his driveway and walk away. It's his truck and you're asking for problems because if he doesn't want it he should have no problem signing the ownership. Maybe he's setting you up for a theft charge? You're leaving yourself open to liability by having it. If you can't drive it legally back to him tell him you will call the police and have it removed as you would any vehicle dumped on your property. That way he will be held resposable for impound fees,towing etc. Maybe that will light a fire under him and he will sign the title over to you. Make sure you check out the legal way to do things as something doesn't sound right about the whole situation. Are there any leins against the vehicle? Whats he hiding? Be carefull...
