The scientific theory should be changed.

Beliefs. A scientist believes that everything that happens in this world has a cause or reason.Curiosity. A scientist shows interest and pays particular attentions to objects or events. He asks questions and seeks answers.Objectivity. A scientist is objective if he does not allow his feelings and biases to influence his recording of observations, interpretation of data, and formulation of conclusions.Critical-mindedness. A scientist bases suggestions and conclusions on evidences. When in doubt, he questions the veracity of a statement in relation to the evidences presented.Open-mindedness. A scientist listens to and respects the ideas of others. He accepts criticism and changes his mind if reliable evidence contrdicts his believes.Inventiveness. A scientist can generate new and original ideas.Risk-taking. A scientist expresses his opinions and tries new ideas even at the risk of failure or criticism.Intellectual honesty. A scientist gives a truthful report of observations. He does not withhold important information just to please himself or others.Humility. A scientist is humble when he admits that he is not free from commiting errors. He recognizes that there may be better ideas and realizes that there are individuals whom he may have to consult to arrive at correct observations and conclusions.Responsibility. A scientist actively participates in a task and also dutifully performs tasks assigned to him.

OR,AND and NOT . . .these are all the basic logic gates.............OR gate performs simple addition operation.AND performs simple multiplication operation. And finally the NOT gate performs the complimentoperation. And know in advance . . NAND and NOR are called as UNIVERSAL gates!

Many times, the scientist has a fair amount of confidence that the experiment will perform according to the prediction.
Before a scientist performs an experiment, he should ask himself if it will harm anyone or anything. This is the ethical part. There are many areas of debate, so each scientist must answer the question for himself.

Your hypothesis is the guess you make as to what will happen. A scientist has that idea in mind when he or she makes the experiment to test that hypothesis. They may be right or they may be wrong, but they always have an idea of what's going to happen because that's why they do the experiment in the first place.
Not enough information to give an answer.
Scientists test hypotheses using the scientific method. First, there is a question posed about a phenomenon. Then, the hypothesis is created about what the scientist thinks will happen when it is tested. Next, the scientist will create an experiment that will answer the question. With this, the scientist gathers materials and performs the experiment they designed. The experiment should include a control group (one that does not have anything changed), that way you can see the difference between variables. The scientist can only change one variable at a time. As the scientist is conducting the experiment, they should be logging at the results. Once the experiment is done, they should look at the data and see what it proves. Does it prove the hypothesis? Does it go against the hypothesis? Next, scientists generally see how they can apply the results to real life. This goes a little bit beyond your question, but an understanding of the scientific method is important to understanding how hypotheses are tested.
And what is the question?
um i think its called a umm hmm oh yeah a pediatrition I would disagree with that, and refer to a pediatrician as a physician who specializes in children. A pediatric scientist would be a pediatrician who also does research. And a pediatric researcher would be a scientist who is not necessarily a pediatrician, but performs research related to the field of pediatrics.

Ethical concerns can restrict scientific research. The emotional and ethical response to some experiments may outweigh the need for data. For instance, in World War 2, the Nazis did extreme experimentation, such as sewing twins together to see what would happen. That type of testing would be ethically frowned upon in any ethically healthy culture, so would not be performed.
