Ask a proffessor Your question doesn't make and sense. How can B sell A's car to B? I am always down for these riddles but there are so many logical errors, this looks to be rubbish. There seems to be problems with the way it was written. But if I look at it with a different context, I can answer this. Quickly....C owns 'this' car. While A owns 'his' car. If you look at the beginning....A sold his car to B, but B stole a car and didn't need A's. So A still has 'his' car. Then all of a sudden a new car comes out of nowhere apparently. C bought 'this' car. So the answer to your question being: "A and C who should own 'this' car? The answer is: C owns 'this' car.

You should have checked to see that it worked before buying the car. If you bought the car "as is" with no warranty then there is nothing you can do but repair it yourself.
