It is unfortunate that people will go out of their way to take advantage of the military members! You are being scammed into paying fees you don't owe. Go to the video store and talk to them personally. You need to see if it was actually them who called you or some scammer who pretended to be them. If it was the video store, get their records of each video you owe on, the original application to see if the person who filled it out was actually you or an identity thief. Really investigate, leave no stone unturned. You will get this straightened out. Also, talk to your first shirt (or supervisor).
