A field.
You do not need to specify a data type when you want to accept the default format.
date
The data type of the Variable determines/indicates the type of data that can be stored in a field/variable
column chart
A field's data type specifies the kind of data it can contain, such as text, numbers, dates, or Boolean values. This helps ensure data integrity by restricting what type of data can be entered into that field, preventing errors and inconsistencies in the database. Choosing the appropriate data type for each field is important for accurately storing and organizing data.
Probably a heading.
a any other name of this tipe of data
Usually a column chart, but it depends on what exactly you want to do and the nature of the data.
Where a row and column intersect is a cell. To enter data into a cell, first select it and then type in what you want in the cell. Finally, press enter.
Data Type defines the type of data that will be stored. Example : int, byte, short etc
You insert a new field. It is not like a spreadsheet, such as Excel, where you can enter an entirely blank column. In Access it is a field, so you create a new field in design view. The field will have a name and data type and whatever other properties you specify. Initially there will be no values in it, so it will be blank, and then you can add data into the field.
Alphabetize them on separate shelves (like a library). Type up a list on your computer that is searchable--like on Excel. Include the Artist and the album name in separate columns. You could also add a column describing its type: rock, country, etc.
