Hmong gangs are known to be active in gang presence. Some Hmong gangs are:

- Menace of Destruction (M.O.D) 301, nationwide Hmong gang that are active in Milwaukee (20 mem), Madison (20-30 mem), and Eau Claire (20-30 mem). Has a few members also in the cities of Sheboygan (10-15 mem), Green Bay (5 mem), Appleton (5 mem), Wausau (5-10 mem), and Oshkosh (5-10 mem) but aren't active with gang activities (choose to stay low in those areas). Other locations are in the states of Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Georgia, Minnesota, North Carolina, and Oregon. Never-ending war with rivalries, the Asian Crips (see below) and the Hmong Nation Society (see below).

- Asian Crips (A.C) 357, nationwide Hmong gang highly active in Milwaukee (40-60 mem). Used to be highly active in Green Bay (20-30 mem), Oshkosh (10-20 mem), and Sheboygan (15-25 mem) but are now on the down low for those areas. Members also reaches but low to areas such as Appleton (5 mem), and Eau Claire (10 mem). Other locations are in the states of California, Colorado, Minnesota, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and possibly other states. The JR set of AC are the Crazy Hmong Boyz (see below). Big time rival with the Menace of Destruction and other Blood sets.

- Crazy Hmong Boyz (C.H.B) 643, regional Hmong gang highly active in La Crosse (30-40 mem). Members are also active in Milwaukee (20-30 mem) along with the Asian Crips. They're also a small amount of members in Fond du Lac (10 mem). Biggest rivals are the True Asian Bloods (see below).

- True Asian Bloods (T.A.B) 241, regional Hmong gang active in La Crosse (5-10 mem). Members has also reached to cities such as Madison (5-15 mem) and Wausau (15 mem). Other locations are in the state of Alaska, Michigan, and Minnesota. Main rivalry are the Crazy Hmong Boys.

- Hmong Nation Society (H.N.S) 475, nationwide Hmong gang highly active in Sheboygan (40-50 mem). Has a few members in Appleton (5 mem) and Wausau (5 mem). This gang doesn't like to split up and likes to stick with one main specific places, with is due to their large numbers and small numbers in a different area. Other locations are in the states of Alaska, Arkansas, California, and North Carolina. Rivals with the Menace of Destruction that dated back in California.

- Young N Dangerous (Y.N.D), regional Hmong gang highly active in Manitowoc (30-40 mem). Members also resides in Milwaukee(5-10 mem) and Sheboygan (10-20 mem). Other locations are in California and Virginia (Vietnamese set). Rivals with Sheboygan's biggest Hmong gang, the Sheboygan Boys Gangsters (see below).

- Sheboygan Boys Gangsters (S.B.G) 589, local Hmong gang highly active in Sheboygan (100-120 mem). Named after the city, most hated, and a big time rival for Manitowoc's Hmong gang, Young N Dangerous.

- Blood Brothers (B.B) 313, regional Hmong gang highly active in Green Bay (20 mem). Members also resides in Sheboygan (15-20 mem). Other location are in the states of California and Minnesota. Rivalry with the BrotherHood Crips (see below), as well as other Crip gangs.

- BrotherHood Crips (B.H.C), local Hmong gang highly active in Appleton (20-25 mem). Members are also locate in Green Bay (10-15 mem). Rivals with all the Blood gangs especially the Blood Brothers.

- Asian Neutral Boys (A.N.B) 213, regional Hmong gang highly active in Wausau (30-40 mem). Members are also spread around Wisconsin in cities like Green Bay (10 mem), Sheboygan (15-20 mem), and Stevens Point (5 mem). Long time rivarly are the Immortal Bloods. (See below)

- Immortal Bloods (I.B) 113, regional Hmong gang active in Wausau (20 mem). Other locations are in the states of California and Minnesota. Long time rivalry with the Asian Neutral Boys.

Milwaukee has Latin Kings, Latin Counts, Sur 13, Gangster Two Six, Gangster Disciples, Black Disciples, Vice Lords, Boss, Geto Boys, Black P Stones, 4 Corner Hustlers, Mickey Cobras. To name a few, alway smaller off shoot gangs and new crews starting every year. Madison has some Sur 13, Gangster Disciples, Black P. Stones, Latin Kings, Vice Lords, Four Corner Hustlers and Black Disciples. Throughout WI you will mainly find gangs from Folks and People Nations as it is heavily influenced by Chicago gangs. The smaller the city, the less likely they are really involved in a gang more or less just faking/false flagging.
