Either you're not getting any fuel or not getting any spark. Check to see that your distributor is giving you spark. If it's not, then troubleshoot your cap, rotar, and coil to see what the problem is. If spark is fine, then pull the fuel line down stream of the fuel filter. If no fuel comes out, then you either have a clogged fuel filter or a bad fuel pump.
replace the distibuter
it could possibly be a bad coil, crank shaft sensor, or cam shaft sensor.
If it's an auto trans then torque converter is bad or unlined bad
Sign of fuel pump going bad. Had the same problem. Good luck
fuel pump could have gone bad , does it have fuel in the tank ?
If it cranks just fine once it gets going then, most likely, the starter has to be replaced.
main fuel relay, under dash. re-solder points or replace unit.
check for a spark from you r#1 cylinder and if it is fine then it is fuel related. If it's not fine check your distributor cap for wear
could be fuel pump or a bad sensor - really needs to go to the dealer to be plugged into their computer
If its a manual transmission any 5w-30 oil will work fine. However I personally use Honda's specific manual transmission fluid, available at any Honda dealership.
First check battery and alternator. I did have it checked.
Bad fuel pump? Bad pump relay
