Although not terribly relevant to the thrust of the question, Adam and Eve had a third son, Seth, from whom most of the rest of the Biblical characters are descended.

Assuming that the account of Adam and Eve in the book of Genesis is literally true, although science contests this, Genesis still records that Adam fathered more sons and daughters also (Genesis 5:3-5). So Adam and Eve's son's wives would have been their own sisters.
