Alot of people get a tingling/itchy head, face, arms and hands while working out and after. There are many possible causes of this. If you smoke or chew tobacco, don't use either atleast 3-4 hours before working out (you should just quit, but that's another topic).
One other common reason is, low blood sugar. Make sure you are eating enough and lay off the junk food.
One other reason would be hard water / dry skin / bad shampoo =o) believe it or not.
On a more serious note, you should see your doctor, because potentially it could be more serious.
there are different things which could cause tingling in the face, for example the tension associated with migraine can commonly cause numbness and tingling due to pressure.
i have tingling in my shin on my leg area mt dr. said it could be from scar tissue could this be the cause
Exercising after eating could cause cramps.
==Neuropathy, perhaps== Tingling, burning, numbness, and strange-feeling pain are all signs of neuropathy. The symptoms are often intermittent, although they can be constant. Conventional doctors are not usually helpful in those situations. See a chiropractor.

The reason for this could be uncleansiness, try to wash your face, do not itch if it is continuous as it could damage skin making matters worse
There could be several medical conditions that cause numbness and tingling inside ones mouth. It can be an allergic reaction, a side effect from medicine, or canker sores. A doctor will be able to diagnose the problem.
From not exercising enough you will gain weight which can cause further problems such as high blood pressure and possibly heart failure in extreme cases. :)
A sudden loss of muscle tone and weight gain can be caused by conditions such as hypothyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, or medication side effects. It is important to consult a healthcare professional for proper evaluation and diagnosis.
That popping feeling is called Fasciculation. When you work your muscles they contract and the blood vessels dilate. When you are done exercising and your body is returning to a normal state the twitching can occur. It should go away shortly after you finish your workout. This is normal after a good walk or jog..and usually sitting to rest. The feeling results in a "popcorn" feeling at the skins surface.
Yes, the high sodium intake causes the left side arm and leg tingling. This is because a high intake of sodium generally leads to hypertension.
