Maybe you got some bad diesel at your last fill up. A common problem that I have with my Golf Course Equipment is the fuel solenoid. You see a diesel will keep running after the key is shut off as long as it is getting fuel, all Kubota engines are equipped with a fuel solenoid that shuts off the fuel supply when the key is turned off. Many times it is the fuel pump that is the problem but not as much.
My garage have changed it at 5213 mileage, which seems very low to me? Any ideas?
Get the vehicle into a heated garage.
Your car breaks down and you cant move at all until you find a garage then it costs a fortune! Running petrol in a diesel engine will destroy that diesel engine.
take it to a garage
take it to a garage ??
This is best done by a professional in a garage of some kind.
If you want to change a filter on any car, then you should take it into a garage to get the job done proffesionally...
I'm afraid you need to clean the whole system out. This is a job for a garage as they have to drain the fuel tank and clean it out. Then they have to flush the fuel lines all the way to the injectors and finally change the fuel filter(s). Diesel fuel is not the same as gasoline and works completely differently. They don't "mix". Sorry.

if you car shakes when its fully stopped it may be the harmonic balancer, take it to a garage. is it shakes only when you are braking while stopping than have you brakes checked
There are a number of places where one could purchase a diesel transfer pump. Websites such as Harbor Freight, Amazon, eBay and Geno's Garage all sell these pumps.
The Beltronics RX-65 Pro has a great filter for the X band signals.
