The majority of the time, this is due to a problem with the wheel sensor. On 4-wheel ABS there are 4 sensors, 2 on 2-wheel ABS. I would suggest making sure these were not disconnected or damaged.

The fuel pressure is constant, regulated by the fuel pump itself (inside the tank). Could you clarify the question a bit, like what kind of fuel delivery problem are you having?

This requires a lot of inspection and background knowledge, and would take me several hours to type out a procedure that would end up with you having safe brakes I recommend you visit your local library and copy the procedure from a Haynes or Chilton manual. The brakes are the same as on the 1500 series pick ups or s15 pickups.

The brakes are not releasing and need to be brought back to whoever put them on.
Having ABS does not change how you bleed the brakes. Bleed them as you would if it did not have ABS.
Depends on where you are riding it. If you stay in bikeparks and backyards it's OK, but if you ride it in traffic you have to have brakes.
That depends on what type of transmission you have. The truck having air brakes doesn't affect that.
