It happens often, so hysterectomy cannot be considered a cure for endo. Delaying the start of any hormone replacement therapy is a good idea in order to "starve" whatever endo is left. Response to any endo surgery or therapy seems to be very individualized.

Good luck!
Unfortunately, yes--especially if you started hormone replacement therapy right away. (Sometimes delaying hormone treatments for six months or more keeps the endo from returning.) No, you cannot return a used car after having for a few months. In most cases, you cannot return a used car at all once you have purchased it.

The birth control pill during endometriosis actually helps to restore somewhat of a normal cycle, help control pain from cramping, and can slow down the process of endometriosis growth, particularly post-surgery clean-up. It isn't going to kill you if you quit taking your pill, but chances are that your symptoms of endometriosis will return, and the endometriosis growths will continue to build up at the same rate they were before you began taking that pill. If you can deal with that, endometriosis is not a life-threatening disease in the general sense. However, it can be a breeding ground for other complications that could be ill-fated. Either way, before making this type of decision you should always consult with your doctor first. In fact, you should always consult your doctor before doing anything that could compromise your health either short term or long term.
Not at all
It could be a lot of different things. Maybe you are constipated or you have endometriosis; contact your physician you shouldn't feel pain and you need to find out so you can return to a fun sex life.

What you are supposed to recieve, without having to give in return
Return to factor The return attributable to a particular common factor. We decompose asset returns into a common factor component, based on the asset's exposures to common factors times the factor returns, and a specific return. Return to scale An economic concept referring to a situation in which economies of scale no longer function for a firm. Rather than experiencing continued decreasing costs per increase in output, firms see an increase in marginal cost when output is increased.
