After nose septoplasty is it needed that blood clot be removed from patient's nose Can the removal be skipped and let the blood flow out naturally from our nose?

I had a septoplasty two days ago, you will feel better if you remove the clot. You should be irrigating your nostrils several times a day with warm salt water. you can also soak a cptton ball in warm salt water and hold it against your nostrils to help remove the clot and dried bloodand crustiness.
