no
we don't believe that any healing comes from Satan
nor does it come from God
who gave you this wrong information?
I've never heard why not, I think male or female doctors, it's not that they do or do not believe in them.
Yes, Jehovah's witnesses can become Doctors. Their religion does not give dictation about their career choices.Further education, particularly involving university/college degrees, however, is discouraged amongst Jehovah's Witnesses and so it would in practice be very rare to see one studying to become a doctor.
In terms of blood, Jehovah's Witnesses do not donate or take (in whole forms of blood). This is their only religious restriction in terms of healthcare. Jehovah's Witnesses believe that a persons health should be protected and consult qualified healthcare professionals when they need to.
Jehovah's witnesses can not receive blood transfusions or transplants, and some people take the belief in Karma to the extreme that they should not be given help since they are "paying their karmic debt", but that is uncommon. To my knowledge there are no restrictions in any major religion in terms of simply seeing a doctor and receiving normal health care.
No...they live normals lives. They are just another religion with specific beliefs, they are not a cult, they are not like Amish people or mormans except unlike the Amish they do not live in closed communities nor do they reject technology. Jehovah's Witnesses in fact live work, go to school, enjoy recreation and entertainment and socialize with and alongside everybody else in their local community. They are doctors, lawyers, teachers as well as manual workers, stay at home moms, entertainers ... they are not "weird" unconventional or outlandish in behaviour dress or habit.
I'm a seventh day adventist myself and yes we do believe in doctors.
She was a Jehovah's witness and she did not believe in medical treatment Gracias! (Thank you)
Being a doctor is not associated with any religious preference. Many doctors believe in God but many others do not.
Sure they can. Witnesses want the best in medical management. They only refuse transfusions of whole blood or the four main components of blood because blood is sacred. There are alternatives to blood transfusions which are better and safer. Interestingly, Jehovah's Witnesses request for non blood medical management has led to the gold standard in medicine now. the US govt has now earmarked millions of dollars for its military doctors to be trained in bloodless surgeries because they are found to be cost effective, safer than blood transfusions, and possible in disaster areas during disaster relief. You can thank Jehovah's Witnesses for their persistence to insist on the best medicine without compromising Bible standards.
Doctors not believe in cellular memorytransference because "These are thousands and thousands of transplant patients who don't report anything".
If they want to, yes.
