Depends on the engine. I don't know anything on the 2.2 L4, but I believe its filter is in the same place as the 4.3. On the drivers side on the engine bay right next to the radiator house there will be a box with a hose connected to it {4.3 versions indicate "VORTEC" on it} Use a Phillips head screwdriver and remove the 4-5 screws {careful not to let them fall}. Lift up the top of the air box {might be tough b/c its attached to the tube but that's ok} and remove the old filter. Replace with new one, re-install the fiter top, rescrew the screws down, and your on your way. Erik
