Yes the 1994 trans will physically bolt up to the jimmy engine. Unfortunately, the electronic transmission controls for the two vehicles are very different and are not compatible.
A fair number of parts will be compatible. Some will not be - for example, if you want to put a 98+ front end on a 94 - 97 Blazer, you'll need the core support from a 98+ Blazer, Jimmy, Bravada, S10, or S15. If you have sealed beam headlights (most commonly seen on 2WD 94 - 97 models), you'll need the wiring harnesses for the lights, as well.
