the answer to this one is easy, you don't. GM makes you purchase he entire window regulator for a few hundred bucks. Not exactly. You can order the guide clips and sash clips at rockauto.com. For four sash clips and two guide clips its approx. 33 dollars. That's quite a price difference.
there is a small clip between the handle and door panel that u have to remove it is easy if u have a small pick to hook it with then to install just place clip on handle and push on the window regulator shaft.
I used urethane adhesive by Dow Automotive. Be sure to lightly sand the area of the window and the clip that you are adhering to the window. Needs 24 hours to cure.

You can remove the window crank handle by just using a simple shop rag. How you do this you slide the rag(unfolded) between the door panel and window crank and rotate around the window crank until you snag the clip that is retain the window crank. There are guides that clip on the glass, one is on the upper rear of the glass,and the is on the lower front. Most of the time the one on the rear breaks causing the window glass to tip forward. You can remove the old clip & install the new while the glass is out of the track.And then reinstall the window by seating it back in the channel.
