My eyes are sensitive to bright lights and florescent bulbs tend to give me headaches and strain my eyes as well. I find that wearing sun glasses tends to help and Visene will help allieviate some of that strain as well as being bloodshot. If your teachers give you guff about wearing sunglasses while in class then tell them about your problem and if they still insist that they be removed then get your parents involved. Hope this helps.
