What you probably need to do is to check you battery because i have a Dodge 2004 also and my locks did the same thing so i just replaced my battery and the locks started working again.
Check the Fuse.

The automatic could be had on all Dodge Challenger models.
if it is automatic then this would be caused by shift down is not working in transmission
sorry to say I have been working for Dodge for 25 years and I have never herd of a reset button for the transmission. Do your have a light on?
