I have had the same issue. I have officially hit 1 week since my period was suppose to start. My gynecologist stated it could be due to my increase of exercise, because testosterone builds up and estrogen is lower, so a woman will miss her period. I quit exercising in hopes of bringing my period back. No luck yet :(
My question is similar. Should I continue exercising, since I want to have exercise in my daily routine, but will it continue to keep my period at bay? Or will my estrogen catch up to my testosterone levels of exercise?
He opened the door. Light suddenly filled the room revealing the embarrassed couple embracing on the sofa.
What do you call excessive bleeding? You may bleed quite heavily for a couple of days but if it doesn't get slower and lighter after four days, see a doctor.
If you drink, you could stop and I you'll lose a couple pounds for sure. Walking frequently, or just exercising
Exercising elevates heart rate, muscle function, blood flow, etc. If your body is revved up while you're trying to sleep, especially if you already have difficulty sleeping, it will not want to cooperate. However, exercising a couple hours earlier in the day may actually help you sleep, you body will have calmed down by the time you are ready to sleep, and it will welcome the needed rest.
I suppose you mean, the couple already has 2 girls. In this case, the odds are about 50%. If the couple already has 6 boys and no girls, the odds are about 50%. If the couple has a boy and a girl, the odds are about 50. If the couple doesn't have children yet, the odds are about 50%.
Yes. When a military couple has children, they should make plans to take care of the children in case they are both suddenly deployed.
that you love him because you like his personality and for who he is

They already did. It won a couple Oscars.
Sent has already come out, it came out a couple of months ago.
If you are already a couple, simply say "I love you."
