Flux core arc welding
Fcaw
Tungsten Inert Gas (orTIG) welding is also referred to as GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding) and by the term Heliarc® which was the Linde Company's trade name for the TIG process when it was originally introduced. The welding arc is started with a sharply pointed tungsten electrode shielded by inert gas. A separate filler rod is fed manually into the weld puddle in much the same way as is done when gas welding. The process is well suited for aluminum.
The open circuit (oc) potential is the potential of the working electrode relative to the reference electrode when no potential or current is being applied to the cell.
It's joining two pieces of metal together, either by adding a 3rd molten metal at the joint, or by melting the metals themselves until they fuse together. Do note that there are a few similar methods for joining metals called brazing and soldering. What's what is determined by which temperature the process is performed at.
A few broad areas for your consideration- ELECTRICAL safety- when using any electrical equipment THERMAL safety- when working with hot items EYE and FACE safety- working with things that spatter. or produce ultraviolet light that can burn your eyes RESPIRATORY safety- breathing fumes from welding is very unhealthy FIRE safety- you can set things on fire MATERAIL HANDLING safety- cuts and strains/sprain when moving heavy or sharp items
working process of stacker.

Often electrochemical studies are interested in one of the electrodes of the cell only. The second electrode is present to complete the cell. Electrode of interest is named working electrode or the indicator electrode; the second electrode is know as reference electrode or auxiliary electrode (counter electrode).

If stored properly most electrodes have a long shelf life. Moisture is the main contributer to electrode deterioration. Keep them warm enough to eliminate moisture ( above 212oF) and they will last a long time.
A: Very simply efficiency. DC requires rectification from AC. Which will waste this process as non working heat
It works with gas control equipment, and does so from 13 offices worldwide. Product includes cutting welding, medical, process applications and high purity. Cutting and welding is what the organisation began with, and it is currently the largest field in which GCE works.

I will be graduating this fall with my welding engineering degree. The majority of welding engineers will be making sure that a quality weld is established on a certain product. This is done by working with welders, training, qualifications, code work,..ect
Typically you will use a Pure Tungsten, identified by the green band at one end of the electrode. It is less susceptible to contamination and provided good cleaning action due to the orbital shape of the ball and the conical shape it gives to the plasma stream providing a stable working arc. Using 2% thoriated tungsten works well if you are limited to tungsten resources. 2% thoriated tungsten is marked with a dark red band around one end of the electrode.

6013 is normal arc electrode which is used for light jobs like sheet welding or tank making but when it comes to heavy construction jobs where strength required is more 7018(Low Hydrogen) Arc Electrode is used like boilers, heavy structures etc. Working with 6013 is far easier than 7018, which requires welder's skills. Neatness in finishing is also more with 6013 than 7018. any further info. on construction : nangalsuri@rediffmail.com Surinder Singh
