In my opinion, I wouldn't think obese... perhaps overweight slightly. 5 foot 7 is really quite tall for a 13 year old, so that needs to be taken into account. I would aim for about 10 stone. Don't get yourself down about it though, most people would agree that at 13, unless there is a real weight issue, you shouldn't meaure 'ideal' weight. You will probably find that you will grow a bit more and lose some more weight too in a couple of years. Now for the boring bit... make sure you eat the right foods and do some exercise!
