Firearms International, Inc was purchased in September, 2004 and currently exists under the name Crusader Group Gun Company, Inc of Houston, Texas.

Since Texas does not HAVE registration of ordinary firearms (same as most states), there ARE no firearms "in your name". Dealers maintain a record at their shop of guns you bought from them- for a period of 20 years.

Depends on the laws in your state or country. In the US, firearms registration is virtually nonexistent, save for NFA regulated firearms, and in the state of California (which, even then, is very limited in the scope of what gets registered).

Technically, a trust can "own" any item that you put in it. But to make the answer a little more specific, a firearms trust can own any legal firearm. All you have to do is list it on the Schedule A.
