Since Texas does not HAVE registration of ordinary firearms (same as most states), there ARE no firearms "in your name". Dealers maintain a record at their shop of guns you bought from them- for a period of 20 years.
Do you mean the company called "Firearms International, Inc"? Firearms International, Inc was purchased in September, 2004 and currently exists under the name Crusader Group Gun Company, Inc of Houston, Texas. For a catalog of what they offered many years ago, try http://www.cornellpubs.com/Templates2/FI 1969.htm
All of them. Texas does not license firearms. As is the case with MOST US states
Ca doj
Texas has no laws requiring registration of firearms.
not aware of any such list....................
Depends on the laws in your state or country. In the US, firearms registration is virtually nonexistent, save for NFA regulated firearms, and in the state of California (which, even then, is very limited in the scope of what gets registered).
If you are not a resident of Texas, the firearm will need to be sent to a dealer (holder of a Federal firearms license) in Texas, who will perform the transfer. If you AND the recipient are both residents of Texas, there is no registration of ordinary firearms. Make a two copies of a bill of sale describing the firearm, you sign, he signs, each gets a copy.
Different States have different laws. An extreme state is Texas. Texas has only one law and i quote Sec. 15 Article 12 Line 14 and 18 of the Texas State Law revised 2006 - One who is a resident of the United State Texas shall have the full and utmost right to freely express the 2nd Amendment. Under this residents shall have no restrictions on firearms excluding and list a small number of banned highly dangerous military weaponry.
AFAIK no such list exists for the public to view.
AFAIK, one does not exist.
Law enforcement only.
As a private citizen, you can't.
