I cannot stress this answer enough. MCDONALD'S FOOD DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY OF THE REAL FOOD IT CLAIMS TO. If you look up a video about the Mcdonald's chicken nugget you will see that it is far from chicken. But the chicken is not the only food there that is EXTREMELY BAD FOR YOU, mostly all of it is.

You can have a 6 piece McNuggets meal and a water. If that doesn't fill u up go for a small salad. If you still aren't satisfied treat yourself to an ice cream cone, but no Sundays or Mc flurries for you!. If you are there with someone you can split A quarter-pounder, big mac, fish fillet, or other sandwich. If you are just looking for a snack, have a grilled chicken wrap. A 20 piece chicken nugget is actually quite enough for a family of 4! The main thing is get kiddie meals, wraps, or split it.
