Yes they are Asians. Anyone from the continent Asia is considered Asian. The stereotype of Asian is only about Chinese, Korean, Japanese, etc, but that's stupid because people don't realize that anyone who is from the continent Asia is Asian and should be considered Asian without getting weird looks from people.
Actually it depends on what part of Arabia you live in. Arabia is planted between Asia and Africa, half of Arabia is in Africa and the other half is in Asia, so weather you say your Asia on African depends on what country you live in for example if your from Egypt you would say that you are from the contentint Africa dn if your from Iraq you would say you are Asian. But overall Arabs are middle eastern and some could be classed as caucasian depending on where they live and the colour of there skin, hair and eyes
