Not since the Exodus, when some Egyptians departed along with the freed slaves (Exodus 12:38), and
may have assimilated and blended with the Children of Israel if they stayed.

Today, the question is patently absurd.

Answer:

The Egyptians came from Ham (Genesis ch.10). The Israelites came from Shem (ibid). They are separate peoples.

They are completely different religions. Although there are some similarities, their basic philosophies and practices are quite different.

Here are some general differences:

  • Jews believe God is a Unity. Many Christians believe God is a Trinity.
  • Jews believe that actions are more important than faith. Christianity teaches the opposite.
  • Christians believe that Jesus was the messiah. Jews do not (in fact, Jews have a completely different definition of what the word "messiah" means).
  • Christians believe in a distinct Heaven and Hell; Jews do not.
